In my therapeutic work, I am guided by a holistic approach to the human as a whole. We are one body, soul and mind, and only by looking at all these elements simultaneously we can understand what is happening within us. During the sessions, I pay attention to the signals coming from the physical body and trust in the wisdom of the body. I also follow the energy coming from the soul, and lastly, I look at the patterns, beliefs and convictions hidden in the mind. Such a holistic view allows me to go deeper and capture the essence of the issues at hand.
Hypnotherapy is a proven therapeutic process where we work together using hypnosis to help you successfully reach your goals. It is not entertainment, nor it is magic. You won't change, quit behavior, habit unless you really want to. Your success depends on your willingness, your commitment and your efforts to change.
Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation, and you will be aware of what's going on. It's sort of like meditation. Some people feel as if they are floating, some feel a heavy, relaxed feeling of comfort. Still others don't experience any physical feelings. They simply experience a sense of calm with their eyes closed. You may find that even though you are relaxed, you may have distracting thoughts. That's normal. Your conscious mind is sorting things out while your subconscious mind is integrating the suggestions.
Hypnosis is a totally natural process. You may not realize it but you are in a state of hypnosis several times each day. For example, just about the time you go o sleep and wake up and you are not really conscious and not really asleep, or when you are watching TV or reading a book and are completely lost in the plot, or when you are driving a freeway and suddenly you've driven several miles and don't remember having driven there.
You won't go to sleep, nor will you be unconscious. You'll still hear sounds around you, but hypnosis will put you into a deeper state. I will say "sleep" but this is just an indicator of hypnosis.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a gentle, yet powerful technique that can be learned by anyone. It is easy, efficient and very effective. You can use it on yourself and on others to decrease or eliminate stress, trauma, triggers, unwanted emotions, negative beliefs, fears, habits, cravings, and so much more.
EFT is a method with the fingertips at the end-points of the body's energy meridians, while tuned into a problem or an issue. In doing so, we balance the energy disruption that continues to trigger the problem. It gets to the core of the issue, the energy disruption, and fixes it. In other words, you no longer have a negative emotional charge on that issue. Instead, the energy can flow properly and balanced when tuned-into an issue or trigger.
EFT works with the body's energy system. We are made up of energy. This energelital system, the subtle energy that runs through the body, is carried through tiny pathways called meridians. The same meridians they use in acupressure and acupuncture. EFT works on the theory that our unresolved negative emotions are major contributors to most physical pains, disease and anxiety. And the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system.
With EFT we can clear away that which is not wanted, so we can attract those things we do want in our lives. We can begin to create our future with more fun, joy, happiness and freedom.
EFT has also been very successful in helping issues such as weight loss, anxiety, sadness, depression, physical pain, anger, jealousy, phobias, low self esteem, sports performance, headaches, chronic fatigue and many, many more.
Therapeutic Imagery uses powerful subconscious journeys and processes that bring about change in subtle ways. The facilitated imagery journey seems to create conditions within the subconscious for positive change. In pursuit of the client's goal, Therapeutic Imagery journeys and processes facilitate to reach images that arise freely from the subconscious. As the client discovers all about the images, valuable subconscious information comes forward. It helps create new beliefs, and simultaneously desensitize old negatives.
