I am also dedicated to supporting clients through forgiveness, letting go, abandonment, rejection, fears, anger, regret, healthy communication, self-development, inner child work, mindfulness, and meditation, aiming to foster inner peace and balance.
Sessions with me take the form of a supportive and insightful conversation. Depending on your needs, I incorporate elements of hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), NLP, imagery, dream therapy, and journaling.
